I worked as a standby props on the German TV series “Mordkommission Istanbul”. This role taught me a great deal about the importance of detail, timing, and collaboration on set. As a standby props, I was responsible for ensuring that all props were in the correct place at the right time, maintaining continuity between scenes, and supporting the director’s vision in real-time during filming.
We shot a couple of episodes every summer, and over the years I contributed to a total of 14 episodes. Being part of this long-running production gave me the opportunity to grow with the team, gain hands-on experience under pressure, and understand the flow of a professional international set. It was a challenging but highly rewarding experience that helped shape my skills and work ethic in the film and television industry.
